Getting to the Network Interfaces section of Windows Vista can be long-winded thanks to the new “Network and Sharing Center”. Thankfully there is a quick shortcut to get around all that.

Press both the Ctrl and Win[/code] keys on your keyboard at the same time (the Windows key normally looks like a flag).

You should get a box that looks something like the one pictured below. In the box that has appeared type ncpa.cpl and press Enter[/code]. You should now be presented with the Network Connections window.

And that’s it, the Network Connections window without the long winded Control Panel route.
